Damaged or defective items: We endeavour to ensure our yarn and garments are perfect, however if at any time you are unhappy with the quality, we would ask you to contact our office on 03 5442 4407 or your sales rep, or email@example.com and we will work with you to provide a refund or exchange.
For all returns: Please include your account details, including account number, with a brief note of explanation for your return and what you would like, either credit note or replacement.
Over-ordered products: If a product you have ordered is placed on backorder and you re-order the same product, please note that we will not pay for freight of returned items under these circumstances. This includes yarns, publications and accessories. Products must be in their original condition including tags when returned to us.
Refunds: Once your returned merchandise is received, we will credit your account.
