The in-stock items in your order will generally be despatched from our warehouse in Wangaratta within 5 business days, with backordered items sent separately.

All Australian orders are despatched via Star Track. All New Zealand orders are sent via Toll Global Forwarding. For any other arrangements please contact our customer service team on 03 5442 4407.

All parcels despatched via Toll and Star Track have a tracking number. If you need to check on your delivery, please contact us and we will provide you with your parcel's tracking number or check on the status of your delivery for you.

Orders $199.99 (excluding GST) and under incur a $25 freight charge, all orders $200 (excluding GST) and over receive free shipping.
