Your order will usually be despatched from the warehouse within 5 business days, with backorders sent separately for domestic customers. All our orders are sent via Australia Post and once your order has left our factory it will depend on however long it usually takes for Australia Post to deliver a parcel to you from Central Victoria.
All domestic orders over $50.00 receive free shipping, all domestic orders under $50.00 will be charged $7.50 for postage.
Domestic postage information:
We use eParcel to get your yarn purchases to you more efficiently. Your parcel has a tracking number, and Australia Post will email this to you after your parcel has been picked up from us. If you do not have an email address don't worry, you are still able to track your parcel by contacting us on (03) 5442 4600. We will provide you with your parcel's tracking number, or check on the status of your parcel for you.
Australia Post may not leave a card when they attempt to deliver a parcel. To make sure you get notified when your parcel is delivered/taken to the post office, please make sure you have an email address on your account when you order with us over the phone, as Australia Post will send you notifications via SMS or the MyPost app. You can read more about the change here (in the Frequently Asked Questions) section: Australia Post FAQ.
International shipping information:
We can send parcels internationally. International shipping costs are calculated in your shopping basket after you have added your items and selected your destination. You can add/remove further items until you are ready to purchase at the checkout. Please be aware if you are ordering from overseas that there may be additional taxes and duties imposed by your local government, before your goods are delivered. If you are unsure if this will apply to your order or not you will need to check with the relevant department of your local government.
